Dinner last night at the Asian restaurant in The Mandarin    Beef Steak Brochettes  As in Peru , the corn here is big and starchy.   Yummy Cosmo ….truth- also red wine Amazing chocolate crunchy apricot dessert off menu - waiter said I would love!   Oh man amazing! Facial today was wonderful.   Today’s lunch Homemade pasta stuffed with butternut squash in a thyme sauce.  I was going to be good and just drink sparkling water - but this arrived and screamed “white wine!”   I did listen!!! Having my nightly Cosmo.  Now Off to dinner.  Amazing scallops!!! Ricotta stuffed eggplant.  Heavenly!! Tomorrow plane from Santiago to the tip of Chile - Puerto Williams.   Then on ship to the end of the world.   Exciting!!!

Arrived in Santiago this morning.   Mandarin Oriental Hotel  Above was view of my room while I awaited my negative COVID PCR test that was taken at Santiago airport.   And was set free to explore after I received the negative results.
